I agree to the policies listed below, and I understand that a 50% deposit is required for all custom cover projects
A deposit of 50% of total project cost is required upfront to reserve your spot and for the design process to begin. The remaining balance is due in full prior to the final file package delivery. All custom cover deposits and payments are non-refundable. Please ask in advance about payment plans if you believe you will require additional considerations. Custom cover design reservations can be rescheduled or postponed without a rescheduling fee up until three weeks before the reservation date. If a project needs to be rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled, all deposits are retained by The Author Buddy/Christley Creatives; and if the design process has already started, and additional fee will be charged for any work completed beyond the deposit amount, if applicable. Additional design requests or changes to the deadline once the design process has started may incur an additional fee. A rush rate will be factored into custom projects with a deadline within 6 weeks.
