Whether you’re looking for incredibly detailed and thorough feedback on a line-by-line level, or just a quick read to see how your story hits, we’ve got the service for you! We’re excited to now offer these services in addition to our Professional and Premium level beta reads, line editing, proofreading, and Quote & Teaser service!
Platinum Developmental Read with Rachel
We’re thrilled to now offer Developmental Reads for our authors who need an extensive evaluation of their story in it’s earlier writing stage. This service includes:
All Premium Beta Reading Analysis, PLUS:

- Comprehensive analysis of overused words and phrases
- Word choice
- Tone
- Sentence structure

- A thirty (30) minute video consultation

Our Developmental Read service is most effective early in your writing process, as it includes story and conceptual editing.
Turnaround time for Developmental Editing requires at least 2 business days per 10k manuscript words (so 5k/day).
Quick Pass Beta Reading
Our Quick Pass service provides reaction feedback at the chapter level within the manuscript. This is great for between draft stages, or when you want quick reader feedback before publishing. Includes chapter-level in-line reaction feedback of:
- Pacing & Flow
- Reader Experience & Genre Standards
- Plot Holes
- Character Likability
- Efficacy of Romantic Chemistry, Tropes, and Steam Level
Turnaround time for a Quick Pass is 20k/day and can be booked in sooner often without a rush fee.

Platinum Developmental Read with Rachel: Rachel has up to two reservations available per month for this service, depending on individual project lengths. Please keep in mind when scheduling for this service that Developmental Reading with Rachel is most effective on an early draft of your story.

Quick Pass Beta Reading: Our Quick Pass Beta Reads are easy to schedule and offer a quick turnaround time, so our team can fit in projects on an even quicker timeline. A minimum of five Quick Pass spots will be available each week.
